MARIFER PAGOLA

     Marifer Pagola is a Mexican artist, based in Southern California. She immigrated to the U.S. at the age of 7. She currently studies Entertainment Design and Sculpture at Laguna College of Art and Design and is set to graduate in the Spring of 2022. Her work often features strong women (especially if they"re in armor), and characters meant for fantasy settings. When she"s not doing schoolwork, she can be found reading fairytales, minding her parrot Tepache, or going to the movies. Her ongoing pet project is visual development for a story titled the 7 Rings of Discord, following a group of female adventurers charged with returning the titular 7 rings to a temple in order to rid the land of the rings" evil influence.
